Prominent journalist Hopewell Chin’ono has slammed the CCC leadership for failing to defend Fadzayi Mahere.
Chin’ono said the coordinated ZANUPF attacks against Fadzayi Mahere are being done because she is the spokesperson of the party.
Mahere is being accused of having an affair with Harare businessman Tinashe Murapata .
Hopewell said it is as if some of them are happy that Mahere is being subjected to these vicious attacks following their silence.
“Fadzayi was attacked for standing up for CCC in the so-called structures argument. I have a quest for CCC leaders, how will you stand up for us as citizens when you can’t stand up for your spokesperson,” he wrote.
