Prominent Journalist Hopewell Chin’ono has attacked minester Chris Mutsvangwa and his wife Monica for flying to America in a luxury jet.
Chin’ono said the Mutsvangwa family is misusing state resources at the expense of poor citizens.
Hopewell said if one is involved in a car accident in Kariba today and they need an X-Ray, they will not find one because there is no X-Ray machine at Kariba Hospital.
He said it costs the same price of Mutsvangwa’s plane tickets to buy an X-Ray machine.
“There are no gloves for nurses to use at Parirenyatwa hospital, there are no pain killers for women giving birth at Mbuya Nehanda maternity hospital,” he said.
Chin’ono wished the Information minister and her husband who is ZANUPF’s spokesman a safe flight.
