CCC spokesperson Fadzayi Mahere says a gang of Zanu PF thugs led by Councillor for Seke Rural, Mr Maoeresa, has descended on the funeral of Moreblessing Ali.
They are reportedly chasing mourners away from the funeral and beating those who’ve gathered up.
Mahere said the security team and local leaders are on site to protect mourners.
Moreblessing’s body was found in a well, badly mutilated with the body split into half and intestines in a plastic bag.
Moreblessing disappeared in May after a fight with her ex boyfriend, Pius Jamba.
