Scanlen & Holdersness lawyer Memory Melody Kudzai Mafo passed away at a private clinic in Harare.
In a statement, the law firm described Memory as capable and a friendly lawyer who touched the hearts of many.
Memory obtained her LLB degree from Derby University in 2005. After graduating, she held a position as a Development Officer for the Legal Services Commission in London where she was involved in projects developing assessment tools for the Legal Aid scheme in England and Wales.
She later gained some private practice experience as a Legal Assistant for a law firm in Dublin. Her practice areas were Company formation, Charities registration, Commercial Agreements, Family law, Wills and probate, Immigration, Asylum law and citizenship.
