Popular award winning Zimbabwean journalist , Hopwell Chin’ono, says he is back in Zimbabwe.
Chinon’o was speaking after attending the 2022 Geneva Summit for Human Rights and Democracy where he called for more sanctionsro be imposed on Zimbabwe.
Writing on Facebook, Chin’ono said:
When they are not calling my workers in Harare and Murewa to try and gain access to POISON me, they are busy LYING to the world that I am seeking political asylum in France, yet I am in Zimbabwe.
This level of desperation shows a system that seeks to silence critical voices instead of not LOOTING public funds and abusing citizens!
What a shameful lot!
