Zimbabwe President, ED Mnangagwa is set to commission multiple projects in Matebeleland North.
1. Ground breaking ceremony for the Deka Water Pumping Station to supply water to the ZPC 7 and 8 project,
2. Handover of fishing rigs to the community,
3. commissioning of a solar project at Cross Mabale and
4. Tour of the Gwayi-Shangani Dam.
The Cross Mabale Solar Project adding 5MegaWatts to the national grid.
The President will tour the Gwayi-Shangani Dam to check progress.
The dam will provide water to Bulawayo as well as turn the areas along the pipeline green through irrigation.
