Prominent Journalist Hopewell Chin’ono will attend and address the Geneva Summit 2022 on the 6th of April.

The Geneva Summit for Human Rights and Democracy made the announcement on its Twitter page.

The summit assembles each year hundreds of courageous dissidents and human rights victims, activists, diplomats, journalists and student leaders to shine a spotlight on urgent human rights situations that require global attention.

It is sponsored by a coalition of 25 human rights NGOs from around the world.

Chin’ono will address the summit together with Berta Valle, Bobi Wine, Enes Kanter, Hamlet Lavastida, Hassan Akkad, Irwin Cotler, Joey Siu, Areej al-Sadhan and many other activists from different parts of the world.
