The government of the United Kingdom is set to deport over 100 Zimbabweans.

The Zimbabweans set to be deported are failed asylum seekers and those whose visas were revoked for committing crimes in the United Kingdom.

According to  a statement by the British Home Affairs, the targeted deportees, mostly convicts, are scheduled to be flown home on a chartered flight and more deportations are expected to continue.

Some of the people being deported are married in Britain and are leaving children in that country.

Meanwhile, human rights campaigners are accusing the British Home Office of violating international asylum laws.

Last year, the government of the United Kingdom deported over 100 Zimbabweans.
