CCC spokesperson Fadzayi Mahere has slammed Paul Mangwana for falsely alleging that Tendai Biti was not arrested yesterday.
This comes after Mangwana said, “Contrary to social media reports, Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) co-vice president Mr Tendai Biti has not been arrested, but was only questioned by police before being released”
Mahere said Biti was detained at Harare Central Police Station then moved to Rhodesville Police Station where no charges were preferred against him.

Biti was released without charge into the custody of his lawyers.
No explanation was given for why he was arrested and detained in the first place.
