Award Independent journalist, Hopewell Chinono was allegedly promised to run ZBC ahead of the 2017 coup that led to the downfall of Mugabe.
According to the Independent Legislator for Norton, Temba Mliswa, Chinono worked closely with the coup leaders.
Mliswa further revealed that Chinono started criticizing Zanu-PF led by Mnangagwa after he realised that he was used to plan to remove former president of Zimbabwe, Robert Gabriel Mugabe..
