South Africans are baffled at recent unexplainable incidents that are taking place around President Cyril Ramaphosa in recent days.
The latest incident that occurred this evening in Polokwane during an ANC gala dinner left many observers alarmed.
Lights in the venue where Ramaphosa was giving the key note address suddenly went off while he was on the stage.
Ramaphosa had to complete his speech in the dark without a PA system. Lights in other parts of the hotel remained on.
Speaking to Newzroom Africa  ANC Chairman, Gwede Mantashe said when you give people freedom, some people abuse that freedom.
