Rwanda President, Paul Kagame, has refused to say when Rwanda will leave Mozambique.

Speaking to AlJazeera, Kagame said Rwanda was invited, together with other parties, by Mozambique and the Southern Africa region to solve the problem in Mozambique.

Kagame said Rwanda has been successful in addressing the problem in Mozambique, however, this is not an assignment that one can do in a week and say I am leaving.

On his relationship with Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni, Kagame said they are not talking as the problems between them are not yet resolved and can not be resolved by talking.
