There is jubilation among Zimbabweans in South Africa after the conditions of the latest South African grants were made public.
According to a circular published this week, unemployed citizens of Zimbabweans, Lesotho and Angola will be eligible for the R350 monthly grant.
The circular says refugees and asylum seekers qualify for the grant.
