ZANU PF national spokesperson Simon Khaya Moyo has distanced the ruling party from messages circulating on social media platforms claiming that the party intends to ban women and girls from wearing mini-skirts and trousers in public places.

According to a statement by Simon Khaya Moyo, the origin of the fake news has been traced to an NGO to the opposition parties.

“These shameless levels of desperation reflect the immaturity, childish mentality, and an uncultured disposition in the MDC Alliance.

Surely, these opposition malcontents have become headless lost minds and need our prayers and sympathy and not ridicule,” said Moyo.
