Popular award winning journalist, Hopewell Chin’ono, has revealed that General Vuyisile Sicaba was his classmate at the Harare Polytechnic.
Writing on Facebook, Chin’ono said:
His name is General Vuyisile Sibaca, he is a General in the South African army.
He was my classmate at the Zimbabwe Institute of Mass Communications at Harare Polytechnic.
Our education system was sought after in the region, but now it is broken!
We need to restore it to where it was! Coming to Zimbabwe was a dream, now the dream is to leave Zimbabwe’a current economic nightmare!
