The President of Movement for Democratic change (MDC T), Douglas Mwonzora has refuted allegations that he stole $6 million.
In a video circulating on social media, Mwonzora is seen singing Lovemore Majaivana’s song “Bayamzonda” as a way of mocking his haters.
In December last year, Patson Marimoga lodged a complaint with the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) accusing Douglas Mwonzora of stealing over $6 million from the party’s offices.
He accused Mwonzora of conniving with the party’s finance Director Toddy Mapingire to loot the money, which they allegedly used to but foreign currency on the parallel market.
