Outspoken former ZANU PF MP, Killer Zivhu says Mnangagwa is planning to cancel the 2023 elections until 2030, and is planning to form a unity government with weaker opposition parties, excluding Nelson Chamisa.
Posting on twitter, Zivhu mocked everyone looking forward to the 2023 elections.
“Unity government on cards elections to be cancelled until 2030, dzungu rose ramunaro rapera chidzikamayi tivake nyika zvenyu zvadhakwa game over before played”, he said.
He also revealed that in the 2021 National budget, the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC), requested $12,4 billion for 2021, but Treasury only allocated the electoral body a paltry $2,3 billion, leaving a variance of 81%.
Zivhu said the this shows that Mnangagwa is not serious about electiins and ZEC will likely fail to run the 2023 harmonised elections due to gross underfunding.
