Takudzwa Ngadziore Denied Bail

Zimbabwe National Students Union (Zinasu) president, Takudzwa Ngadziore was today denied bail by Harare Magistrate citing that he os not a proper candidate for bail.

Zimbabwe lawyers for human rights said whilst they managed to secure RTGS$5 000 bail for ZINASU Secretary General Tapiwa Chiriga, Ngadziore was denied bail.

Ngadziore was severely attacked by suspected state security agents before he was arrested for demonstrating at the Impala Car Rental offices demanding answers concerning the company’s alleged role in the use of its vehicles in state sponsored abductions.

The lawyers are now working on filing a bail appeal for the release of Ngaidzore.
