Norton constituency MP, Temba Mliswa (49), has today directly named State Security Minister, Owen Mudha Ncube, as the person behind Australian, Susan Mutami (32) and said she was a project sent to him as a plot by Zimbabwe intelligence.

Mliswa revealed the following during his press conference, at the end of which he was arrested by police and was sent to the Harare Central Police Stations.

  1. Temba said the Morning Post newspaper is funded by the CIO,  and he will provide evidence in court.
  2. The publication by the newspaper of his affair with Susan Mutami was reckless and harmed innocent people.
  3. Temba says Elias Mambo and Farai alleged that YARD Secretary General, Eleanor Kaziboni was sleeping with him but did not ask her.
  4. Temba said Eleanor comes from a family led by a single mother and her brother suffers from mental illness.
  5. Goodswell Zinyama is married to his sister and is not his intimate partner.
  6. Mliswa said he was not naive to have an affair with Susan. He has the affair with her in a calculated attempt to understand who his enemies are, who were behind her.
  7. Mliswa said he is the only person left to be destroyed after the opposition in Zimbabwe was destroyed. This is why the CIO sent Susan after him.
  8. Mliswa said he only dates older women over 40, because his daughter is young and he does not date girls at the same age as his daughter.
  9. Mliswa will move a motion in Parliament for journalist to be sentenced to 5 years in jail for lying. ZANU-PF who have two thirds majority will pass the law.
  10. Mliswa said he is homophorbic, but he does not speak up about it publicly.
  11. Mliswa has lodged a formal complaint to the Voluntary media council against the Morning Post Newspaper.
  12. July Moyo lost the elections and is on his job at the mercy of ED Mnangagwa.
  13. Mliswa has written to the DG of the CIO to investigate all allegations by Susan Mutami. If they dont investigate, they are part of it.
  14. Challenging Mnangagwa for the Presidency is not a crime.
  15. People in the President’s office were mentioned by Susan.
  16. Susan had a telephonic conversation with Owen Mudha Ncube.
  17. Temba said Susan told him that Owen Mudha Ncube asked her to come to Norton to make the donation.
  18. Susan went to Shurugwi because she wanted to donate goods to the community and not to meet his mother.
  19. There are people who have paid for containers that Susan brought with donations from Australia, although the donations are supposed to be free.
  20. Temba said he is an admirer of General Chiwenga’ s way of doing things. He believes Zimbabwe needs a militant approach, it does not need a priest.
  21. The DG of CIO ( Isaac Moyo) was not aware that Susan was given 6 CIO operatives to retrieve her bricks from Eleanor’s home.
  22. Temba said he is single by church, but he is not a cheat. He takes care of all his 18 children.
  23. Mliswa refused to discuss his affair with Susan and said Susan does not have any pictures of him.
  24. Temba said he will look after Susan’s children if a DNA is tested and its proved that the twins are his children.
  25. Temba apologized to all those who were mentioned by Susan and to his constituency.

Allegations Made By Mliswa

  1. Temba said Susan Mutami is mentally ill.
  2. Temba said most Zimbabwe online newspapers are funded projects of the CIO.
  3. Temba said July Moyo and Owen Mudha did not support Mnangagwa during the days of Mugabe.
  4. Temba says he sent a voicenote to Mudha and SB Moyo revealing what Susan had said about them.
  5. Temba said he paid $USD10 000 for the donations from Susan Mutami.

What Mliswa Did not Address

  1. Temba did not address the issue of going around all the country’s provinces throwing snuff (Bute).
  2. Temba did not address the issue of a room in which he is putting a needle through July Moyo’s heart ( In a photo).

What We Learnt About Temba’s Family

  1. Temba Mliswa’s father was Peter Mliswa and he was in ZAPU, he was very close to Joshua Nkomo. He was a social worker.
  2. Mliswa’s mother went to school with General Tongogara in Zambia. She was a nurse. Temba was born in Zambia.
  3. After Independence Temba’s father refused to go into politics
  4. Temba’s daughter is 30 years old, and is a lawyer.
  5. Temba’s father had one wife and six children. Temba said his two brothers are married with kids.
  6. Hon Mary Mliswa Chikoka (ZANU-PF) used to read newspapers when she was young. Her father used to call her mu British.

Temba and Susan have all gone public, but Zimbabweans are all left with more questions than answers.
