Thus by so doing, Kuda breached the covid 19 regulations but unlike Fantan and Levels Kuda wasn’t brought to the law books.
Hence those who attended did not bother testing soon after attending the party or after being alarmed about the risk they took.
However they discovered later that they have contaminated the virus and it was too late.
