Political activist Patson Dzamara is currently battling with Adenocarcinoma colon cancer.
Adenocarcinoma is a type of cancer that starts in the cells that form glands making mucus to lubricate the inside of the colon and rectum.
People have taken to twitter to wish for Dzamara’s speedy recovery.
Kuda Musasiwa said people should keep Dzamara and his family in prayers as he goes though sickness in the bad Zimbabwean health system.
“Last week i went to see my brother @PatsonDzamara who is sadly battling an agreesive form of Adenocarcinoma colon cancer.”
Walter Mzembi said Dzamara needs more affirmative prayers and financial support for specialist surgery.
“It will cost him circa R500000 in RSA if he is not on medical aid for timeous intervention.Lets get what needs to be done urgently done”, said Mzembi.
