ED Mnangagwa on Monday swore in newly-appointed Ministers Anxious Masuka and Soda Zhemu at the State House in Harare
According to the updates from the permanent secretary of Information Nick Mnangagwa, Mnangagwa emphasised the role of Energy as an economic activity enabler to the Minister of Energy while to the Minister of Agriculture he emphasized the plan for grain suffiency in 2-3 years.
Zhemu who takes over as Minister of Energy and Power Development said for any development across sectors, there should be adequate power supply.
Masuka who assumes the Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Climate and Rural Resettlement said he will make agriculture the backborne of economic development and transformation in line with President Mnangagwa’s vision.
