Nelson Chamisa has for the first time acknowledged the Supreme Court Ruling.
– Chamisa has said that Mwonzirwa was not reinstated by the Supreme Court but Khuphe was appointed to oversee the extraordinary congress.
– This is the first time that Chamisa has acknowledged the Supreme Court ruling.
What is the implication of this acceptance?
Chamisa is climbing down from his initial positions and I predict that within the next month he is going to make two key concessions:
– Chamisa will negotiate with the Khuphe faction and eventually go to the extraordinary congress
– Congress will eventually go into POLAD

I want to say Chamisa is being held hostage by Tendai Biti and Welshman Ncube.
However he is running out of options. There is a need for people who can get Chamisa’s ear to impress upon him that the MDC has undergone a fundamental and irreversible change.
As I said before, Members in the MDC are going to start question Chamisa and his actions.
Specifically, Chamisa’s relationship with G40 and his appointment of people like Fadzayi Mahere in the standing committee is unacceptable to many MDC structures.
Chamisa was speaking at court where Tendai Biti was granted bail.
