Khaliphani Phugeni, Spokesman for Dr Thokozani Khuphe says Chamisa and Mudzuri Were demoted by Morgan Tsvangirai after she protested their appointments as deputy Presidents by Tsvangirai.
Phugeni was responding to recent comments during two seperate interviews by Jameson Timba and by Alex Magaisa.
In those interviews, Magaisa and Timba indicated that Khuphe had not challenged the appointment by Tsvangirai of two additional Deputy Presidents.
Phugeni indicated that it is well know that Khupe was at Tsvangirai ‘s house during the signing of the Alliance Agreement.
