Star Zim Politics reports that Auxillia Mnangagwa’s motorcade was involved in a fatal accident today.

One security aide died while three others were seriously injured when one of the cars in her motocade crashed near Muzarabani in Mashonaland Central on Friday.

Mrs Mnangagwa was on her way to donate foodstuffs and other goods in Muzarabani, when a Toyota Hilux with her security aides went off the road at the Mavhuradonha Mountain Range on the Centenary-Muzarabani Road.

According to Zimlive.com the Toyota, which was reportedly driving right behind the Mnangagwa’s car, rolled down a steep, rocky embankment before coming to a stop against  a tree.

The injured were airlifted to Harare for treatment.

The First Lady is, however, safe and not harmed, as she was in another vehicle.
