Nelson Chamisa said he met his wife Sithokozile while driving a borrowed Nissan Hardbody which belonged to Dr Mashakada, one of the MDC founding fathers.
Chamisa reveals that it was during a time when he was addressing students at the University of Zimbabwe in 2000.
Sithokozile however rejected his proposal saying that Chamisa was not her type.
Chamisa’s late best friend Learnmore Jongwe’s girlfriend Ruvimbo, who later became his wife played the match maker.
Years later, Chamisa met Sithokozile at an event which led to their marriage.
The couple is blessed with a son whom they called Ashley Chamisa.
Chamisa often speaks passionately about his wife in public while conveying a message that she is undoubtedly beautiful.
