Success is measured by the success of the successor. The one who inherits what you have developed or left behind , if they don’t get the concept then you risk not reproducing yourself.
As you grow your empire you must also aim to grow yourself in somebody. It is wrong for you to only leave a business behind and not leave a business inside a person.
The business may break down once you are home but an idea in someone will be enhanced and can be multiplied over time.
Multiply yourself by investing in those people that you trust the most, teach them, show them how its done, show them the way. It is very important.
If it’s only you that knows how to do it then there in no potential for continuity. An idea invested in somebody will grow big
