Rutendo Benson Matinyarare, a South African based anti-sanctions campaigner and ZANU-PF sympathizer has sensationally named Tino Mambeu and Todd Maforimbo in a plot to acquire weapons and topple the government of Zimbabwe.
Rutendo has warned Zimbabweans against associating with the two and other like minded diaspora Zimbabweans.
Without providing evidence, Rutendo has claimed that he attended a meeting held by the two where a plot was discussed to acquire military hardware from Rhodesians and other like minded groups.
Rutendo has provided a picture of the meeting and has promised to release audio of the meeting which he secretly recorded.
