The president of the MDC Advocate Nelson Chamisa has appointed the famous Con Court lawyer Advocate Thabani Mpofu into the MDC leadership structures.
Advocate Mpofu has been appointed to the lead role of Integrity and Accountability Panel. This means he assumes chairmanship of the panel.
Advocate Thabani Mpofu has strong ties with Nelson Chamisa and also share a lot in common. They are both lawyers, workmates and also devout Christians.
Advocate Thabani Mpofu broke the internet when he represented the MDC party at the 2018 election constitutional court case.
The revered lawyer used law jargon which is not understood by the common man. A lot of people turned it into satire.
The appointment was announced by Nelson Chamisa’s spokesperson Dr Nkululeko Sibanda during a press conference earlier on today.
