Speaking on Zimbo Live, Mugabe’s Nephew Leo Mugabe has said a decision on where Robert Mugabe will be buried has been made. The final announcement will be made when the chiefs see it fit. He also said that the chiefs could choose not to disclose this location.
Leo explained that Robert Mugabe was the current Chief Zvimba and therefore his burial will be made in line with cultural traditions.
In the past, when a chief died, he would be buried without the common people knowing and the announcement would be made thereafter.
Robert Mugabe’s body will be back in Zimbabwe on Wednesday.
