Doctors in Zimbabwe have agreed to end their strike after striking a new deal on salaries and allowances with the government .

The doctors had laid down their tools as they pleaded that their salaries were out of touch with the state of the economy.

Speaking in an interview Health Service Board chairperson Dr Paulinus Sikhosana said ,”We had an agreement with them as a committee on the cost of living.We agreement however had conditions where doctors are still not satisfied but however for now the strike will end.
