High Court Judge Matapi has ordered ZACC to release 25 trucks that were impounded from former Gokwe-Nembudziya legislator and businessman Justice Mayor Wadyajena.
ZACC forfeited the property after Wadyajena was arrested on allegations of fraud and money laundering involving US$5,8 million, which was allegedly diverted from the Cotton Company of Zimbabwe.
The ruling comes after Wadyadyena and his co-accused successfully applied to be removed from remand last year.
