Suspended ZBCtv presenter Victoria Manase has issued a public apology following her suspension for controversial Lobengula remarks.
This comes after she said King Lobengula sold the country to whites for sugar.
Manase said she takes full responsibility for the comments which she described as “truly repulsive and insensitive”.
“I want to sincerely apologise to the entire nation and anyone who was offended, angered, or hurt by my words. I take full responsibility for my actions and I am truly sorry for the pain I have caused”, she said.
