CCC MP for Sunningdale Maureen Kademaunga has been arrested.
She was summoned to answer allegations relating to arson, but circumstances are still unclear.
Her lawyer Darlington Marange accompanied her.
He revealed that she is accused of unfounded allegations of malicious damage to property and attempted murder.
