Zambian president Hakainde Hichilema will not be attending Mnangagwa’s Inauguration.
Politician Joseph Kalimbwe revealed that their leader won’t be in Harare today.
However, it has been revealed that he will be represented by Foreign Affairs Minister Hon. Stanley Kakubo who has already arrived in Zimbabwe.
