Zimbabweans in South Africa have called for the shutdown of Zim Embassy Worldwide as a way of protesting Emmerson Mmangagwa’s victory.
In a statement circulating on Social media, a media briefing will be held tomorrow at the Zimbabwe Consulate in Joburg, South Africa at 10:00hrs
“As the people of Zimbanwe, we are shutting down all Zim Embassies and consulates in every foreign country following the dennouncing of the Zimbabwean 2023 elections by SADC election observers and the EU”, read the statement.

This until ZEC gives us what exacly we voted for as a nation. Even after SADC and the EU dennounced the elections, ZEC is still pronouncing the election results without showing effoerts to defend the allegations.
Whats the point of having Zimbabwe as a member of SADC if it does not subscribe to the SADC constitution???
