Today the Constitutional Court of Zimbabwe will sit at 9am to hear the case of Saviour Kasukuwere’s presidential bid.
This comes after he was barred by the High and Supreme courts from contesting in the election.
Kasukuwere is arguing that the law that was used to stop him from contesting is unconstitutional.
The matter will be heard by Justice Paddington Garwe.
