The matter in which Lovedale Mangwana was seeking to bar Saviour Kasukuwere from running as independent presidential candidate in the forthcoming elections has been dismissed and struck off the roll.
Mangwana was seeking to have judgement executed pending appeal.
He is working with ZANU PF to block Kasukuwere from contesting in the elections.
