Zimbabwean Zanda Moyo has been arrested for his involvement in the Thabo Bester court case.
Speaking in court, a witness explained that Dr Nandhipha was assisting Moyo to claim the corpse of his brother.
He will appear in the Bloemfontein Magistrates court to face charges.
