Manica Post reports that two Zimunya men are facing rape charges after allegedly abusing a 22-year-old married woman believed to be mentally challenged.
Joshua Chabodo (48) and Freddy Mwatutsa (46) appeared beforeMutare regional magistrate, Ms Pathekhile Msipa on Wednesday.
They were remanded in custody to June 7 and were advised to apply for bail at the High Court.
Sometime in April, Chabodo arrived and showed the mentally challenged woman some pornographic videos on his cellphone and left.
Chabodo later sneaked into her bedroom and asked the woman if they could do what he had shown her on his cellphone in the afternoon and she agreed.
It is alleged that Chabodo and Mwatutsa abused the woman on seperate occassions.
