Prominent Zimbabwean lawyer, Thabani Mpofu says ZANU-pf is now rigging elections in neighboring countries.
This comes after widespread circulation of videos where ZANU-pf members were caught participating in the Mozambique elections last month.
He said Mnangagwa sent a congratulatory message to Mozambique before the results were even announced because he knew they had been rigged.
Mpofu also wondered if Mozambicans voted in Zimbabwe elections over the years to aide ZANU PF in winning.
