Prominent journalist Hopewell Chin’ono has revealed that Ali Campbell is the real UB40.
This comes after the UB40 band distanced itself from Ali Campbell concert in Harare yesterday.
Writing on social media, Chin’ono said UB40 was formed in 197-79 by a group of young British mucisians that included the Campbell brothers.
Campbell split from the group in 2008 following a dispute with the managment. He started a solo career as UB40 ft Ali Campbell.
