eNCA confirms that South Africa’s most wanted fugitive Thabo Bester has been re-arrested in Arusha, Tanzania.
Bester together with his girlfriend Dr Nandipha Magudumane who’s was also on the run, were among the three people arrested in Tanzania for entering illegally.
The three are currently detained in Arusha Tanzania.
