Businessman and musician Mudiwa Hood has distanced himself from illicit gold trading taking place in the country.
This comes after one of his followers on Facebook accused the singer of being a looter.
Responding to Amanda Firefly Mudiwa said he is not part of the people implicated in the Al Jazeera’s documentary.
He said: ” I am not anywhere near that documentary. The little i have, i have worked hard for it.”
Al Jazeera revealed how business people in Zimbabwe are profiting off the illegal movement of gold across borders.
