Stuart Lake has stepped down as chair of Invictus Energy Limited for personal reasons.
Lake has been over 34 years in the petroleum industry, having operated with more than 20 countries.
“This is a chance to bring in a new chairman with a complementary skill set to lead the commercialisation efforts as the company transitions from an explorer” said Lake.
