Radio presenter , Rutendo Makuti also known as Mother Rue appeared in court after her ex boyfriend Tapiwa Freddy accused him of extortion.
Makuti appeared in Harare court under Yeukai Dzunda who remanded the matter to November 7.
The court heard that in 2020, Makuti allegedly threathened to expose their fair if he did not meet her financial demands.
The trio told the court that they intend to file an application for referal to the constitutional court.
