Chief Justice Martha Koome has ruled that there is no evidence transmitting that the voting system was breach.
Speaking at the Kenya Supreme Court today, she ruled that there is no evidence to show that lBC chairperson was part of the arranged conspiracy.
She added that the court is satisfied with the registerer’ s audit report as there is no proof of systematic ballot staffing.
