DJ Fantan’s wife Gamuchirai Nemukuyu has dropped domestic violence charges after she deposed an affidavit stating that she was no longer pursuing the matter.
Nemukuyu withdrew the case before Mbare Magistrate Rangarirai Gakanje. She testified under oath that she understood her action and that she had done so from her own volition.
Magistrate Gakanje accepted Nemukuyu’s withdrawal and dismissed the charges against DJ Fantan.
DJ Fantan’s wife claimed that the Chillspot producer damaged their dinner plates and cups worth US$250 after a misunderstanding sometime in May.
