Socialite and businesswoman Olinda Chapel has paid tribute to her late mother.
Olinda penned down an emotional message describing her mother as a prayerful and loving woman.
Below is what she said:
I woke up and cried so much in my pillow, then I remembered the words of the elders. They told me to wipe my tears as my tears disturb your sleep. So mom today I will smile and remember your love. I will smile that even though I can’t see you, you never left me. You have continued to watch me as I go through life. I know this because every time my heart is heavy, you visit me in my dreams.
I want you to sleep peacefully. Knowing I am well. I am happy. I am at peace. You taught me to have lov in my heart – I have it. You taught me to take care of everyone first – I try. You taught me that my children should always come first – they do. You taught me to give – I do. You taught me to always love my brothers and my sisters – I always will. You taught me God first – I put him in everything.
You see mom, sleep well my love. You left me with all I needed ❤️My heart will always grieve for you.
