Ezra Tshisa Sibanda says Nesisa Thembi Mkhwananzi who went missing in 2017 has been found in Gwanda.

Thembi was doing form 3 then at Northlea High Schoola when she vanished from her Reigate home uMguza.

The girl was found in Gwanda and where she was arrested and served jail time for an undisclosed criminal offence.

Writing on Facebook, Sibanda said:

Ladies and Gentlemen, young Nesisa Thembi Mkhwananzi aka Dungeni who went missing in 2017 has been traced in Gwanda and we are pleased to announce that she is healthy and fine. The 19 year old who was doing form 3 then at Northlea High School vanished from her Reigate home uMguza in 2017. When her desperate mother appealed to this page to help find her child beginning of this year, we quickly took up the case and did our investigations. A huge thanks to all those that shared out campaign to find the little girl Thembi.

After our appeal to locate the lost girl, word spread very fast all over Zimbabwe. The girl was finally found in Gwanda and we have since established she was arrested and served jail time in Gwanda for an undisclosed criminal offence. Her mother and family feel relieved tonite that their loving daughter is alive and well. We thank everyone who supported the family in the last 5 years of searching and we appreciate all your prayers.
